Refund on contract not taken up

I went to the game store in October to close my account. Upon speaking to the consultant, I discovered that there was a contract for Blue Label Connect. Long story short, I was told to contact them for cancellation. I then found out that the contract was taken out, but I am not sure how, and it was not completed.

It's been 2 months now, and I still have not received a refund. I cannot close my account. I have sent emails and got a confirmation from Prudence that the refund would be done, but still nothing. I called yesterday, the 11th of December, and was told I would receive a call. I tried calling today, but now I cannot get through.

I was first assisted by Joshua, who advised that I would receive the refund on the next statement that same month. The same assurance was given by Yola, and then I spoke to a very rude lady named Tracey.

Can I just get the refund and get on with my business?
