Good day, we just been to FNB Keywest branch where we followed up on a dispute logged in December already - not refunded to date. We were served by a very professional lady who phoned FNB Dispute department. According to the dispute department they never received the DISPUTE FORM which was faxed from FNB Keywest to them on 27.12.2012. I attach proof thereof. To come to my actual complaint is that FNB now disregard our claim. The claim was for an online purchase where the transaction was rejected but the money was taken from the account. We never recieved the good and now FNB wont refund the money deducted off the account in December. Surely this is unexceptable.
