NO ASSISTANCE TO GET R1700 TRACED

I've transferred R1700 form my FNB cheque account to RCS on 27 May 2013. RCS cannot trace the amount in their bank account. My account is currently in arrears at RCS. I've requested Sasolburg branch to assist me to trace or reverse the amount on request of RCS. The branch requests me to phone the reversal department to handle the problem. I've faxed a letter of dispute to the dispute department on 18 June 2013. I did not receive any response from FNB with assistance to trace the amount of R1700.00
