Good day i would like to complain today as i am on debt review african band deducted money from my account last Thursday i went today to dispute the debit order and the lady at the steaward streeet branch told me i cannot make a dispute without papers proving this info as from February this year they cannot dispute the payment, it's my bank account if i want to dispute it's my right and why was i previously helped in this regard this is the third month i am on debt review i want the R531.86 to be transferred back to my account immediately i will not go to the branch for this again here is my NRC nr is 396391 please sort this out.
Oh and something els the atm's in steawart str and beare street has always some sort of problem if u want to draw cash. the only one who is always working it the one in livingstone str, near the taxi rank.
