STRUGGLING WITH VODACOM TO REPAIR BLACKBERRY Q5

I went to the vodashop to upgrade to a blackberry Q5 which was in September i had problems with the battery and the buttons of the phone i took the phone back and they said they have to send it to Bloemfontein Repair Centre and that Bloemfontein will sent it off to Johannesburg Advance Repair Centre. I was almost a month without my phone. When Jhb send my phone back to Bloemfontein and Bloemfontein to Kroonstad my phone still was not fixed and still the battery and buttons was the same. I took my phone to the Head of Vodacom in Kroonstad and they said they will have to send my phone back to Bloemfontein Repair Centre, That was now two weeks back. I phoned Vodacom in Bloemfontein and asked them why they send me back my phone the first time and my phone was not fixed, there response was they will not send it back broken and i told them well my phone is actually with you now again for the second time, they could not repair it and replaced me with another Q5 out of the Bloemfontein Repair Centre which was not sealed in a Q5 box they said it was n new phone they had which was from damage goods. STIIL I RECEIVED A BROKEN PHONE AND I AM CONSIDERING CANCELLING MY CONTRACT!!! SO FED UP
