In October 2012 my Blackberry Bold gave me the white screen of death!! I handed in the phone at Vodacom repair at Menlyn shopping centre. I received my phone back after 6 weeks. 2 Months later my "new" exchanged phone gave me the white screen of death again!!! I went to the vodashop in Vryburg (my home town) to send in for repair. I went to the vodashop today, and they told me that my phone is black listed, so it could not be repaired! How is this possible! I received a "new" phone from the Vodacom repair shop in Menlyn!! My I.M.E.I number is 357461041272371. The Blackberry Bold must be the worst phone on the market!! Currently I am without a phone. Is blackberry/ Vodacom going to pay for my lost business? I'm very disappointed!!
