VODACOM: unable to replace Blackberry Z10

I received a Blackberry Z10 when I renewed my contract at Vodacom (Mutual park: Pinelands). I had numerous issues with the phone and took it back 3 times already. Every time the Vodacom repair centre send me a refurbished phone. I received my fourth Z10 phone yesterday, after I asked them to please replace the Blackberry Z10 with any similar smartphone.

Guess what? Vodacom didn't repair the phone properly, it is again broken, my alarm didn't go off this morning, battery dead, the same as all the others. Vodacom repair centre didin't replace this phone, but decided to give me another Z10 after I specifically instructed them not to do this. And Vodacom probably won't refund me for the phone charges, for a phone that spend nearly 2 months at the repair centre.

I realised that the the Z10 is a phone, but the way Vodacom handled my complaints and took no effort in sorting out my problems is unexceptable. This is the worst service ever. They can come and collect the phone in my dustbin at the office, because it is no use sending it in to be replaced/repaired by some incompentent staff. Please e-mail me, because the phone is not working.
