I received the phone 16/07/2013 when I upgraded my contract at Vodacom Southern Centre Bloemfontein. Phone was 3 days old, on my desk charging and the screen cracked. I took it to Southern Centre outlet who referred me to Vodacom Repair Centre Loch Logan, told them and they said its going to cost me R4180 to fix, witch I think is unnecessary as its not my actions that caused the damage. Because its a business phone I decided to pay the amount just to get it over with. They told me that I will not loose any info on the phone as its only the screen. I got the phone back on 30/08/2013 and all my info was gone. On the 23/09/2013 the phone is on my desk at work, pick up phone to make a call and saw the screen is cracked again, I realized there is a factory fault on the phone. Took phone to Ryan at Southern Centre - upgrade has been done, he only pulled up his shoulders - refers me to Loch Logan, I spoke to Tom - very bad attitude. He referred to Vodacom Repair call centre in Johannesburg, who then referred me to Sony the manufacturer of the phone, that is wrong as they are Vodacom supplier not mine. I could not get hold of Sony. Back to Tom - he said I must pay it and they will fix it.
