Efuse to repair my cellphone

In December 2013 I send my blackberry in for repairs. The problem it just goes off at anytime even when the battery is fully charged. I got my phone back after two weeks just before christmas. They replaced the battery. After one week the phone went dead again. I took it to the vodacom shop again and it was send away for repairs. After two weeks they send a report to tell me that the phone had water damage and that it will cost me R800 to repair. The phone is not even a year old. The phone was NEVER damage by water. I phoned them and all they kept on telling me was that the phone was water damaged and that they will send me a photo of it. I cannot believe this. I know that my phone was not damaged by any water what so ever. They now refuse to fix the phone. And the best off all they did the same to my daughter. Then my daugther send the phone in again after a while and they fixed the phone without any hassle or any story of water damage.
I have two phone which i carry with me in my hand bag so how can the one be water damaged and not the other one.
I cannot believe this it's as if they dont want to fix the phones or what ever then they tell you it's water damaged.
