Ever heard of the phrase: "You can't complain a about the service because their is no service at all? "
MTN is a VERY good sample of this.

As instructed by MTN on my previous complain, my Nokia N8 (IMEI # 356237040495523) was returned for repair to MTN SP, Bloemfontein on 19 December 2012. I was informed by a Technician, no name was given, in December that it is the phone's battery and the costs to repair is R250.00. Authority was given to repair the phone.

Till date there was no feedback from MTN about the phone. After inquiring today, via MTN Waterfront, Bloemfontein, nobody at MTN HVRC, Bloemfontein could tell where the phone is or what happened after the phone was given in at MTN SP on 19 December 2012. According to HRVC the phone was returned in November 2012 and there is no trace that the phone was returned on 19 December 2012.

How is it possible that a phone can just disappear? I have proof that my phone was given in at MTN SP, Bloemfontein.

This is UNACCEPTABLE? How can MTN allow this? This is VERY BAD!!! advertising for MTN.
