I bought a BlackBerry Curve 9320 in December 2012. My phone worked well until February 2013 when it suddenly stopped picking up the Blackberry service. I phoned Vodacom thinking it was a network problem. We tried to sort it out, but to now avail. I then sent it in to Vodacare Bloemfontein. They did a software upgrade and the problem was still there. They asked for the phone back to check it again. They sent it for the 3rd time to the Advance Repair Centre but the phone is still not working. It doesn't pick up the Blackberry Service. No BBM or internet. BlackBerry is refusing to give credit for a new phone or for a replacement phone. Please sort this out as soon as possible.
