Unprofessional Bad Service

I took my blackberry 9320 in for repairs to vodacom repair centre at Eastgate shopping centre on 30 August 2013. the fone was received at the advanced repair centre on 3 september 2013. i went to collect the phone at eastgate on 6 September and could not get the phone as i had forgotten to take the charger of the loan phone with me, but the consultant informed me that the main board in my phone had been replaced. went back on 8 september to get the phone and was then told that only a software update was done. after 15 minutes i discovered that the bb pin on the phone did not correspond to the sticker under the battery and immediately returned the phone and it was sent back to the advanced repair centre as the technicians could not explain what went wrong. i received a sms to collect the phone on 12 september and went to collect it on 13 september to find that the issue had still not been fixed and again just a software upgrade was done. i immediately booked the phone back in again. this is really bad service and i have to drive 70km everytime. what does it take to receive decent service from Vodacom.
