I bought my little sister a blackberry phone on 24 month contract. After 6 month the phone could not charge. My little sister took it for repairs in Bloemfontein Vodacom store (waterfront mall), it was taken for 3 weeks and came back with a report that it was beyond economical repair (charging unit is broken). I personally called in and they said there is nothing they can do because I didn't insure the phone. I then personally took it to the repair store at Alberton Joburg, they said there is nothing they can do. And of-cause Vodacom is happily taking my money for the phone that does not work. I would think charging unit is covered by warranty, we all know most blackberries have charging problems. Please this is so unfair.
