I applied for their Price Lock contract, and my decoder was never delivered. DSTV cited the reason that they could not find my residence. We resorted to asking them to deliver it to my workplace. I gave them the address, but it was never delivered from the 9th, and today they told me it was returned because of no address. I do not know what to do or say when every time I am told of an address issue. No message or call was made by the so-called couriers.
