Email Sent to Vodacom... No Response
My Blackberry has been into your repair centre twice in June and is still not sorted out.
On both occasions I was refused a loan Blackberry and had to use another phone and pay for the data that I was using even though I was paying for a Blackberry Service.
On the first occasion I was told that if the problem persists I would have to buy a new battery, which I did.
After purchasing an original battery for which I cannot get a refund, the problem persisted. I have got my phone back for a second time with a report that states that I need a new battery.
Furthermore I sent my phone in with the old battery and now the old battery doesn't even charge anymore. I am scared to send it in my new battery incase it is damaged in the repair process.
I don't think it is too much to ask for me to be given a loan Blackberry and that my phone is repaired properly.
