One phone has been lost to another competitor and the very next retention of customer is done by doing the very exact thing again.
Please stop your billing at the start of a period for the month when you knowingly are going to discontinue a service mid month.
Render the service billed!!!!!
BIS is billed for full month, you have no rights to stop it mid month and really are surprised that the second phone is going the same way.

To have been a loyal subscriber for over 15 years means nothing and the reflection of the service is represented by the total disdain you have for your customer base.
