CONVERT ME TO A CONTRACT BUT I DIDN'T APPLY

This morning I cannot use my phone and I received an sms indicating that I am converted to a contract. I never applied for a contract, when I phoned the call centre the lady said I have to phone 0860332244 as they drafted the contract. I feel Vodacom should assist as they are my service provider and I am a client a client for many years and that they disconnected my service, I cannot use my phone and who is paying for that phone call?

It is very difficult withour a phone that is not working, and now I have to struggle to cancel the contract where did they find my phone number? I want a copy of that contract that was entered to.

I would also like vodacom to remove my number and name from other services I don't want anyone to have my details.

This must be sorted with immediate effect, as it is not my fault and I have to struggle
