I used vodacom for a second phone.. then phone then became redundent..
I found out from vodacom what was required to cancel the contract
* Formal letter
* copy of ID.

I sent these Vodacom in December for a contract to be canceled in April.

But I am still being billed. I have been contacted by vodacom to explain that that they didn't know if i wanted to convert to prepaid or cancel the contract.. so they decided to just keep the contract open...

What was the signed letter for? I was explicit... please don't force you internal inefficiency on me.. you requested a copy of myid and a letter .. I provided.. now it is time for you to side and cancel the contract.
