Faulty shoes

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a pair of Hi-Tec elite sports shoes that I purchased on 16 February 2026 for my child. The material on the soles is already pulling away and coming loose, even though the shoes have only been worn once a week during netball matches. The shoes have therefore had very limited use, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality and durability.

Considering the price paid for these shoes, I expected them to last much longer and remain in good condition. It is unacceptable that they are already damaged after such minimal wear.

I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how this matter can be resolved. I would like to request either a replacement pair or a refund, depending on your store policy. Every year I buy my daughter these shoes and have never had an issue like this.

I look forward to your response and hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Now she does not have netball shoes, and this is an urgent matter.
