STRUGGLE TO DO A CANCELLATION

MY TWO YEAR CONTRACT WAS UP IN DEC ALREADY, THE PHONE NUMBER IS 0837041906, I TRIED FIVE TIME SINCE NOVEMBER TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, AS I LOST THE PHONE IN DECEMBER 2012 ALREADY, PAID A YEAR FOR A PHONE I DID NOT USE, BUT THAT WAS FINE, BECAUSE IT WAS MY CHOICE. MY FOURTH ATTEMPT I HOLDED ON FOR 25MIN TO GET THROUGH TO THE CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN, I PHONED AGAIN, SHEBEK TOLD ME I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY HE WILL GIVE IT TO HIS SUPERVISOR TO GIVE TO THE CANCELLATION'S DEPARTMENTS SUPERVISOR TO PHONE ME TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT, REF NO 108009405, WHICH NEVER HAPPEND, I JUST TRIED AGAIN TO PHONE TO CANCEL AFTER 19 MIN ON THE PHONE, THE LADY TOLD ME THAT I OWED 436.00 AS MY TWO YEARS ARE PASSES MY CONTRACT IS MORE EXPENSIVE NOW (WHICH I WANTED TO CANCEL NOV ALREADY), SHE HAVE TO PUT ME THROUGH TO THE CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT, 3 MINUTES LATER, CALL FAILED!!!

MTN YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC, WHAT CAN I DO TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, AS I CAN'T PHONE THEM AGAIN, I AM PHONING FROM MY VODACOM NUMBER, BEFORE THE CALL I HAD R122.72 AND AFTERWARDS R73.22, SO R50 LATER AND IT IS STILL NOT CANCELLED!!!
