I bought a Samsung S25 Ultra after my S24 Ultra was stolen. I had to take it on credit as the brokers were not keen on the claim for a new phone. After two months of monthly payments, the insurance company paid me R23k. I went to Vodacom at Baywest and paid off the phone by paying R26k. Since March, however, Vodacom has continued taking money from my salary. It started at R1,800 and is now R2,918.
This is theft, really, as you are taking money that I have already paid in cash!
I have been to Megan five times, and she always promises to solve the problem and call me when it's done. She has never, ever phoned me. I went there yesterday to find out more and was told she is on leave.
I was given the name Michelle Fourie and her email address, but they didn't have her phone number. That is weird! Someone working for Vodacom doesn't give staff her number?
So I Googled and found this great site where I can complain and hopefully someone will take action.
