This morning I cannot use my phone and received an sms from Vodacom that I am converted to a contract. I phoned Vodacom and were informed that RMCS applied for a contract with my number, I have not entered into a contract I would like an application with the details of the contract.
Now I cannot use my phone and I have to phone them who is going to pay for that phone call?
I want this immediately sorted out and want my vodacom prepaid service back.
I also want RMCS to remove all my details from their database I am not interested in their service.
