Vodacom contract i didnt apply fo

I woke up one morning with a Sms on my phone saying that my contract is now activated. I got a fright as i never applied for any contract. I phoned Vodacom immediately to find out what was going on. They said that the contract was opened at RMCS and gave me this number 086 033 2244 to phone. i phoned them and first they asked me how many airtime they owe me, then i tell them what my real problem is and they say that someone will phone me back in 48 hours. i have phoned them about 3 times and they give me the same story every time. I really need to get this contract cancelled.
