Sometime in October 2012, a guy claiming to be from Vodacom called me offering me funeral cover plus to convert my prepaid number to contract at a low rate, but i refused the offer stating that i already have funeral cover and i am fine with my prepaid number. After few days i handed over the phone and the number to my wife to use as i was having another phone and number from another service provider. My wife used the phone until i discovered in December that Vodacom was trying to deduct money from my account and when i called them they told me is for the contract but i told them i never agreed to the contract and they must cancel it with imediate effect but they refused. I even offered to pay them the money that the phone owe so that they can cancel the contact but still they refuse. Please help me to cancel this contarct with Vodacom as i never agreed to it.
