Upgrade and Bad Service

My contract had expired and i had waited for the new Samsung S4 in order to upgrade. When i had gone to a Vodacom Branch to do an upgrade i was told they would only give it to me if it was a new contract so eager to get the phone i took out the new contract. but i didn't understand why i could get the phone with a new contract and not an upgrade.(sure the sales person was making commission or something). Now after having the phone a few weeks its becoming a mission to use convert everything from my old number to new IE banking, friends etc.

I went to the Vodacom Customer care in Sandton City to find out if it is possible if i can change my contract number to my old number and they replied no.

Vodacom should really look at what they are forcing their clients to do.

will never use vodacom again
