Cancel Contract - Bad Service and Defect Phone

I have had a Vodacom contract since the beginning of time, and every single time just before my 2 year contract ends, my phone bombs out. This time i have a blackberry and can upgrade on 01-01-2014, the phone DOESN`T WORK and apparently it can`t be fixed, its a Blackberry defect. The contract is under a family members name so of course I don`t get any answers out of Vodacom, I want to cancel my contract seeing that I am paying over R500 a month for NOTHING, but I need to pay that ridiculous 75% of the remaining contract? My phone does not even work and I am sick of paying for bad service from the Call Centre agents. PLUS, initially I was phoned by Vodacom to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S3, it was at DHL according to Vodacom, never received it and then they told me the phone is out of stock? which forced me to take another more expensive contract. I want to cancel this contract with immediate effect and don`t see ANY reason why I should pay them if i don`t get value for my money! I cannot reason with them and that`s why Hellopeter gets to hear of this.
