Misinformation when upgrading to Blackberry

I upgraded to a new Blackberry Q5 with the unlimited "unlimited FREE" BBM for life option only to find out a month later that it was not free as I was told. Now I suddenly have to have a data bundle active on the phone in order for BBM to work or I have to pay an extra R19.00 per month to have it working. I also had to wait for over two weeks for their call centre to finally get an answer out of them regarding the issue, during this time of waiting I made numerous phone calls to them and I had to physically go into the Vodacom outlet 3 times to try and get it resolved. I feel that I have been seriously misled and not all the facts were given to me at the time of upgrade. Had I known about the costs I certainly would not have taken the Blackberry phone, instead I would have taken a different phone with better apps and features. In the process my contract costs also increased by over R100 and now I have to pay an additional R19 on top of everything else just to get the main feature I wanted and was told is "free for life". This has been by far the worst experience I have had with Vodacom to date.
