I have a vodacom contract Blackberry Q5 is advertised as BIS free included and unlimited BBM
but i am paying for the BIS and its not working
i upgraded not even a month ago and the BIS was only available for a few days I now sit with a contract that i am paying for and paying extra on and not getting what was advertised & still is being advertised

I contacted the call centre help line and explained that the phone doesnt have BIS and i cant make use of the BBM or whatsapp nothing i was told BIS is no longer available and they will set up the BBM and it will cost me extra monthly that was now more than a week ago nothing happened i contacted the call centre again 2 days later and again was told 24 hours and it will be ok then again i waited and 24 hours later no change
and i phoned and phoned but no change

its now been a struggle and i am now done i want to return this phone as i didnt get what i signed for

I have been a vodacom contract holder for more than 6 years having 2 contract and i cant believe vodacom is messing up like this

i want to return cant see why i must pay for something different as to the contract advertised
