When asking to move my contract to a mobile solution i was told i can not do that without paying R1600. When asking if i should cancel the contract and renew in order to add that cost to my contract i was told i can not do that either. I was then given the number of the accounts department.
I understand that is the trained response, but i expect the service provider to deliver service. This may mean that the consultant would need to make a call on my behalf and call me back. I expect the service provider to try and find a solution.
But if i need to pay to get out of the service contract i have then that is what i will do.
Unfortunate that i will not do business with company that does not provide service.
I would have thought that sustainability of contracts in place is the easy way of staying in business. Lucky for South Africans we can vote with our wallets.
