On the 26 February 2013 i did an upgrade with Vodacom, i had a Blackberry Bold 9700, and i wanted to upgrade to the 2 blackberry's (Bold 9790 and Blackberry 9320 curve) for the 399 top up package vodacom was offering, when the lady from the Durban vodacom office spoke to me over the phone she expalined that she could no longer give me the top up but a talk 100 package for those 2 phones and it was exactly the same as a 315 top up just that i will only have 100 free minutes and after my free minutes are up calls will be charged as per normal, i agreed to take it on what she explained to me as it sounded like i was getting the same deal as before but on a different tarrif.

my phone is now soft locked, after 2 weeks of using my phone, i have to now put a R50 rand in order for me to use my Phone and everytime i get soft locked i have to call in and put a R50, which i find total rubbish, i no longer have BIS and i am extremely unhappy. I want this changed to a top up and i am not giving back my 2 blackberry's i want vodacom to give me a top up as i had before, because i was to over the phone and i do not appreciate it.
