I am formally disputing the alleged debt relating to my Home Router WiFi contract concluded in 2022.
The agreement was a 36-month fixed-term contract which reached its expiry in December 2025. I was under the reasonable understanding that the contract would terminate upon reaching its natural expiry date.
Throughout the duration of the contract, the service was unstable and frequently non-functional, yet I continued making payments in compliance with the agreement.
I am concerned that:
• Billing continued after the expiry date without my explicit consent.
• My advance payment was not refunded or properly allocated.
• The account was handed over to debt collectors while the matter remains disputed.
