Lack of knowledge on contract upgrade

Yesterday on the 1st of March 2013 I went into vodacom to do my contract upgrade. I chose the blackberry z10 on a R399 per month. I was told it includes the following... 500mg data 100 call min 100 sms and unlimited BBM. I signed the contract took my phone home. Problem 1. I was not given a micro sim card. I took my phone back today got my micro sim. Then I'm told the BBM is on valid for 3 months. I signed the contract with being told by Oscar the BBM is for the full 2 years. Cell c has that option and I was going to porthole cell c as their option was better. Now I am extremely upset that the BBM with vodacom is for 3 months then unused my data. I would like this sorted out I want unlimited BBM for 2 years of my contract or a discount on my contract. I wouldn't. Signed if I had been told this. If it's not sorted I want the contract canceled and phone given back to vodacom and I am going to cell c. I have been a vodacom customer for 12 years and this is the treatment I get in return. Alsoni have had no 3g on my phone and really bad signal which is not happening on my other blackberry which is now on pre paid. I am upset that I have been misled just so the contract was signed.
