BLACKBERRY FAIR USAGE POLICY

I upgraded on the 04 August 2013, to one of the older Blackberry's for the only purpose of free and unlimited internet and Bbm. I had my phone for less than 2 weeks and suddenly I received a sms saying that I must now pay 15c per mb after I use my 2G of data, part of the Blackberry Fair Usage Policy. I wasn't warned that this will happen when i upgraded! i asked the sales rep whether or not i would still get unlimited everything, he said yes "it is stated in the contract", which we signed on the 04th. then on the 12th i received the message about the policy. why would I buy an old phone when Cell C promised me I would still have unlimited bbm and internet! I could have upgraded to a better phone and then pay for internet. I'm now paying R300 and more per month and now I have to pay extra for a service that was suppose to be for free!
Please help me get some answers.
