Poor Service and Incompetency
Yolanda at the Police Station Shoprite just refused to help me because my slip showed eWallet. I wanted to exchange Huggies Gold Nappies, size 4, for size 5. I logged into my app and showed them the transaction because Yolanda was in the company of three other ladies who also work for Shoprite at the Police Station. The transaction showed on my banking app, and despite this, Yolanda just walked away, saying she couldn't help me.
I loaded airtime on my phone and called Shoprite Mphakathi, where I bought the nappies, to speak with the store manager, Kennedy. I explained to him that I was standing in Shoprite Police Station and they refused to help. He said there was nothing he could do.
