Please could you assist me. I am very disappointed with the service from Vodacom in July 2013 i did an upgrade on my contract for a Q5 Blackberry i was told by the sales person blackberry messenger is free on this phone and there is no BIS on this phone. I was told R289 will be the contract inclusive of everything. Now i find out that the Blackberry messenger is charged for by data services the 200mb that i get is finished and i have to keep on purchasing and yet i dont surf the net it only gets finished on the blackberry messenger. This is poor service how can your sales people sell something that they dont even know how it works. I want vodacom to review my contract as i am paying too much for something that i was told is free.
