I signed up for a Blackberry Z10 Contract on Cell C after comparing contracts and verifying with the telesales consultant, that my BBM for life meant that I would stay connected to BBM permanently. I am being billed R39 for BB Internet Service monthly and I have 400 Meg Data per month. But despite paying for BIS, when my data runs out, I cannot use the only feature which I keep buying Blackberry for BBM. I feel that this is false advertising and that the staff selling these specials, should not mislead customers to believe that apples are pears. I was promised that I would never be unable to use BBM and that to me means that my data is strictly for internet browsing on my Blackberry. The phone is useless without this feature as that is the only reason anyone buys a Blackberry Phone. I would like Unlimited BIS as promised and as I pay for.
