I still have not received my airtime or bundles

Vodacom is exceptionally expensive, and at the end of October i wanted to change to Cell C. So I called & asked about how to cancel my contract as it was due for and upgrade (I was on a blackberry 100) & despite being on a blackberry with a blackberry contract, i still had to pay for data. So i wanted out. The guy i spoke to convinced me that he would put me on a topup contract and that he would give me 1GB free data everymonth (Which CellC offer anyway) I accepted. In November i still hadn't received the data that was promised & was being billed for both my new contract & my old one yet i never received the 100 free minutes that the old one was supposed to have as well as the airtime that i was now using. at the end of the month i still hadn't received the data. So come December i thought i would finally be able to connect to the internet, but no, it is now the 6th and not only have i not received last month and this month's data but i have also not received the airtime that i am supposed to get on this contract. I cannot even make a call let alone use data on the phone. I want this issue resolved and i want the data promised to me for last month and for this month.
