This afternoon (2 September 2013) at MTN Sandton City, A customer attendant by the name Nevia gave me bad attitude after I enquired on things I didn't understand about my contract.
She raised her voice at me and told me to go and be helped by someone else.
She is bad mannered, Ignorant, arrogant and has no listening skills
I'm so annoyed and disappointed with MTN for their poor service delivery
