Good day.. I booked car on the 26/09/2025 polo tsi and return it on 29/09/2025 around 16:30h.. I then forget my sun glasses in the car. The following day I called so they can keep safe for me... They told me that the car went for service soon as it comes back they will call me back.. I never received any feedback until I call again and I was told the car is not yet back because when they take car for services is not only one car. Then I understood the statement I waited other week. On Saturday the 11/10/2025 when I called again without hearing from them... I was told that the came was back from the service on wendays, but it went to downtown they will check and let me know.. I'm very disappointed with the level of communication.. On Monday the 13/10/2025 when I call again they said to me they did check and they are no sun glasses... How possible is that... can you please assist with this regards... The car I booked with Montana branch
