Arrived at petrol station. Waited 10 minutes with 3 year old daughter in car. During this time 2 customers on either side of me who had pulled in after me were attended to. When I enquired why I was not attended to first I was told "you must open your mouth" by an aggressive and rude petrol attendant. I enquired as to his name but he would not tell me, neither would the other attendants. I then spoke to the friendly and apologetic manager on duty, who tried to sort out the problem, but was completely ignored by the offending petrol attendant when the latter was confronted. I am very dissatisfied with the aggressive, abusive and unapologetic manner displayed by the petrol attendant concerned. All of this in front of my 3 year old daughter! Needless to say I won't be filling up with Engen again.
