1. I went to collect my iPhone 5s gold 32g a gentleman named Isac gave me a phone without a plastic seal on the box, I asked him why no seal? He says it all came like this
2. I took the phone home that afternoon and found out there is two dents on the edge of the phone and it is a manufacture fault because the dent can be easily identified as machine made during assemble
On the 14th of Dec 2013 9:45am
I took the phone back to MTN sandton
1. Nevia agreed this is a manufacture fault and agreed its not a drop dent
2. She refuses to replace me with a new phone and want to send this one in for repair
3. Her attitude is like a 2nd hand shop (don't come back to us after we sell u the product)
4. There is plenty Google article shows Apple has problem with their production line with out the box dent and all American customer got replacement immediately
5. Friend of my also has the same issue Vodacome replace for him with no question asked
6. And store manager can be absent for 3days with no one in charge?
7. She refuses to show me the security tape about the box seal
MTN Sandton city is really a disgrace and unethical business practice. I am very disappointed
