I went to fill up all the company vehicle last night at the Horseshoe Caltex garage.

it is usually my preferred choice when filling up our vehicles.
as the attendant was filling up our truck, I noticed that the diesel was pouring out of the tank due to overfilling it. the attendant just said it not his fault, with the pumps switching of when it reaches its limit, how can it not be the attendants fault? I told him to call his supervisor, when his supervisor arrived he just looked at me and walked away.
the attendant and his supervisor attitude was so bad towards me. the attendant then said that I must lock the diesel cap myself? (is it my work to close the tank after filing it)? that is not customer service at all.
I personally fill up my vehicle their and on average it is around R4000.00 a month. we have 4 vehicles running in Kimberley.
if that the service you get, than it better getting a alternative supplier in town.
