I've logged a complaint 3 months ago... signal query... and it still has not been resolved. How can such a big company operate like this. Eventually about 2 weeks ago the guy who measures the signal strength comes around after much complaints, he checks the signal strength and tells me its very weak. Absolutely no data signal and very poor voice signal. Now my problem is... yes they have eventually come around to check the signal, but when will the problem be resolved and how much longer does a contract customer have to wait??? The guy who came out to measure the signal said that they would have to install a repeater and it's up to his supervisor to descide further. What I would like to know is... are the guys here in Cape Town really doing their work... and are they competent in what they have to do. To me it seems like they are not competent.
