Attendants that don't respect customers

I am very disappointed with the service i got at the Sasol service station in Riverley. I got there with 2 cars filling their cars. After waiting 2 minutes to be assisted i then walked out of my car to get assistance. That's when i saw an attendant who waited for me to come to him first in order for me to get assistance. When i told him that i am in a rush he then turned around and said that i must not rush him. I then walked up to their cubical to get his name and he then told me he does not have a name. All this was witnessed by an attendant named PETER, who in turn told me he does not know the name of that attendant and that he wants nothing to do with my situation. I didn't just get bad service from one attendant but from both attendants as PETER had no care about my situation. I then had to force them to assist me of which at the time i was already 15 minutes off schedule. With this said i was late for an important meeting with a client and in turn this has reflected badly on my professionalism. I hope that this find someone who cares about customer retention and satisfaction and make sure that these two disrespectful attendants with no respect are dealt with accordingly.
