I applied for the relocation of my fiber over 30 days ago and am still paying for a service that is not being used. If this is not resolved, then we can cancel the contract because I feel that Vodacom broke the contract by stating that the relocation of fiber would happen in 30 days. Despite this, the debit continues to go off at the bank.
If this is not solved by Friday, 12/06/2026, the contract can be canceled, and I will use a better provider.
