Poor Customer service from a manage

I was trying to full up my car with diesel today 26/11/13 and the attendant mistakenly fill in petrol, when the manager Tsepo came to assist he didn't show any care about situation didn't even try to be apologetic about the situation, he just said they will mix diesel and petrol and told me that my car will be fine and that was the best option and the other option was to wait of which he doesn't know when will the mechanic arrive.

He was rude to us in front if other customers and didn't take responsibility for what happened although the attendant admitted that it was his mistake and he told us that this thing is normal in that garage. He didn't offer us anything while we waited for more than two hours.

The mechanic came and fixed the problem n was offered R200 diesel of which in great full but the attitude of the manager was really not to up to any standard. After everything no one came to me and told me my car was ready I was left un attended. My car now smells of diesel inside.

I don't know if this is how engen treats their paying customers I stay around that area and I'm so disappointed and embarrassed I don't think ill ever set foot to that garage.
