ATTENDANT ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

ON THE 28/11/2013 AT ABOUT 18:43 THE DIESEL ATTENDANT WAS TELLING ME I MAY NOT FULL UP AT THE FILLING STATION, (AFTER HE OPENED THE TANK AND PUTTED THE NOZZLE IN THE TANK) I HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE WITHOUT ANY REASON. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY HE WAS LAUGHING AT ME AND HE NEVER TOLD ME WHY? I TOLD HIM I ALWAYS FULL HERE AND BESIDES IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL. THEN HE WAS SHOUTING AT ME AND I ASKED HIM FOR HIS MANAGER AND THE MANAGER WAS SITTING AT THE PAY POINT, HE CAME CLOSER AND HE WAS FROM NO HELP AT ALL. THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY DISRESPECT-FULL WHEN I TOLD HIM I'M GOING TO REPORT HIS BEHAVIOUR TO HIS MANAGER. THE ATTENDANT WAS TELLING ME I MUST RUN AND DO IT. I TOLD THE ATTENDANT I'M GOING TO FULL UP AT ANOTHER STATION HE MUST GIVE ME MY KEYS, HE DIDN'T WANT TO... WHEN I GOT IT BACK I WAS BUSY PULLING AWAY AND THE ATTENDANT SHOUTED SWEARING WORDS IN ENGLISH AT ME MY ONE FRIEND WAS WITH ME IN THE VEHICLE WE BOTH WAS SHOCKED ABOUT THE ATTENDANTS BEHAVIOUR . I WILL NOT FULL ANY OF MY COMPANY VEHICLE THERE EVER AGAIN DUE TO THIS BAD BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF TOWARDS CUSTOMERS
