On the 10th July I called cell c on 084 145 and applied for a contract with them. And the lady I spoke to said the phone will be delivered. On Monday 22nd July I called the same department and i was told that the phone is out for delivery. Yesterday i called and spoke to a rude guy who told me that the delivery failed. No one called me to cancel the deal nor deliver, but they have a nerve to tell me that I didn't have the correct documents when they came to deliver.
