My LCD of my Blackberry 9900 cracked when i took it into the cold
i had the phone replaced by the insurance a month and two weeks
the previous phone was
they repairing the phone out or waranttee, that means i have no waranttee on the phone
plus im on a 24 month contract with MTN, so if the fix it, have to pay for every other repiar on the phone after that
i let them know that i dont mind paying double access for a new phone, since its my second claim, they still said no, the repair costs less than 70 % of the phones value
doesnt make sense to fix a physically damaged phone if the user still has existing contract with MTNSP
it also doesnt make sense to repair a physically damaged phone where the customer looses the waranttee, yet the customer has insurance
