I purchased materials from Gelmar store to do renovations for my house. The store salesperson recommended that I use the person they normally offer to their clients, as he believed he could do a great job. The salesperson, Mpho, did not give me the receipts for these purchases; instead, he suggested that I collect them later.

I just discovered that exchanges and refunds were done on my purchase without me authorizing them. I also discovered that I was billed for items I did not purchase, let alone receive. The salesperson was conniving with the person he offered me for assistance to commit fraud.

I have attached my banking statement as proof of the payments I made at Gelmar store.
